Over powering I have loved every product from Texas beard company except this one. The whiskey smell was too much. I wore it once and haven't since.
Pecan Coffee and Whiskey Barrel Aged Beard Oils I just bought these oils for the first time. I love them both. The Pecan Coffee has the great smell of fresh brewed morning coffee. The Whiskey Barrel Aged oil has the relaxing smell of a fine Irish whiskey. If you mix them together, you get the great smell of a fine cup of Irish coffee. Both oils do a great job of conditioning and making my beard look great!
Perfect amount of whiskey aroma I bought this oil for my fiance and I was worried that he might end up smelling like he'd been drinking too much all the time lol. But they did a good job of adding just a hint of whiskey smell to the concoction.

perfect scent this oil has a great scent. have had many people ask where I got it at and gotten many complements on it as well.
Same quality oil Oil is the same high quality as all TBC products. I've tried to branch out and try other brands and keep coming back to TBC. As for this particular scent, it's OK. Very very light odor, gone almost as soon as you put it on.
Smell is off The I expected an okay type of scent but instead was hit with something slightly less appealing I mean hair is treated well the oil itself does it's job but it's just the scent that's less than expected

The Wiskey Barrel And The Beard Just when you thought they couldn't come up with a better product, along comes "Whiskey Barrel". Although I love the product, the true mark of a great oil is when I found my girlfriend sniffing the bottle. If this is a limited edition, I will have to order another bottle!

Very disappointed I bought this expecting a great product. Its only a so so product. It does well to maintain softness.. the smell, however it lacks. You barely smell after opening the bottle but dam sure don't smell anything after application. For a product coming from Texas beard company my expectations were evidently too high.. Very disappointed.. My billy jealousy product is much better I both softness and smell!!
Warm, sweet, mouthwatering aroma Just the thing you need in the morning, the warm sweet smell of bourbon.
As others have said, the smell doesnt last for long. The oli quickly loses that smell after application, but it is worth every cent for the authentic Bourbon smell.
Other companies claim to have Bourbon notes, but then just use musk and vanilla to get in the general ballpark. This is the real deal and it makes me want to try the bourbon that this oil was casked in. The real whiskey smell is much better, even if it’s smell is fleeting.
I love my Bourbon whisky and I love my Whiskey Barrel Aged Bead Oil.

What else would I want to smell like? When I saw Whiskey Barrel Aged, I had to purchase this beard oil! This stuff doesn't have a crazy strong scent, so I don't smell like an alcoholic.
The scent is just strong enough to smell that touch of whiskey. It smells great, if you like that smell, and does wonders for the whiskers.
I'll be buying more beard oil in the future!
