It's a quilty product but... I like it personally but the scent is hardly noticeable I can smell the whisky though.
It’s ok This oil is ok but I wouldn’t buy it again. The smell is not strong at all. Very very very slight whiskey smell. If I’m buying something for a whiskey smell, I want to be able to smell it.... this smells more like plain oil then whiskey. Works great just not scented enough for me.
Its Bourbon for your beard. the quality is spot on here, no need to go on about that, but this scent though. the limited Bourbon Barrel shocked me when I opened it and realized just how much of the previous barrel contents and the wood char transferred to this beard oil. What an amazing Idea. I mean, I have to stay away from this stuff on work days but at night...a new go to perhaps. I really hope this one stays around and becomes available in the bigger bottle.
Just hope you don’t get pulled over as beard oils go, it’s impossible to beat Texas Beard company beard oils. Whiskey barrel oil smells AWESOME and has the Texas Beard Oil quality. It smells so much like whiskey my wife swears I’ve been hitting the bottle. The oil is smooth and works through the beard with ease. Especially if you use a beard brush. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not for sissies...
Like Oily Bourbon - In the Best Way Possible I have tried other "bourbon" beard oils and, while pleasant, they rarely smell like actual Bourbon. As described, there is nothing added to this beard oil other than the natural essence of the Bourbon barrel. It smells fantastic! My only improvement would be for the scent to last longer per application.

Love it! I always stock up on this stuff since it's not a usual item that they carry. It smells just like whiskey! I'm thinking of mixing a drop of it and the coffee together. Anyway, double thumbs up from me!

LOVE IT!!! My last purchase was Whiskey Barrel Oil. It is a nice scent but not to strong. I also use Tumbleweed oil, balm, and Big Thicket oil and balm. All great products, sold by great people, at a great company!

Manliness in a bottle This oil actually has a smooth whiskey scent without being over powerful. This oil is pleasant to wear and makes your beard look and feel better. This oil pairs well with a full bodied cigar and a beautiful woman.
My cash on the barrel head. I only started growing my beard in January. That is to mean, purposely growing my beard. Prior to that, I had merely ceased to shave my face, since October, for a variety of reasons (tiredness and laziness being two). With this recent found mindful intention of growing my facial scrub, I eschewed the practice of my region for the last 50 years or so, of growing the natural, scraggly, weedy root system of a beard: The Hippie Beard. Though I am not a man of high fashion, I do wish to be presentable and kempt. This effort to contain the scraggle, that is my facial foliage, has had me buying and trying a variety of beard oils. I quite enjoy the Whisky Barrel Aged Beard Oil (Limited Edition). To bear the manly musk of whiskey essence, fortifies my confidence and tames the wild hairs on my face. My wife loves the softness it imbues and alleviates concern for an unwanted exfoliation as she leans in to kiss my cheek. Yes, I would say that I enjoy the Whiskey Barrel Aged Beard Oil (Limited Edition), for it’s aromatics, it’s ability to hold and soften, it’s limited edition-ess, make it a fine purchase. My only concern with using this product is this: Should I be pulled aside for speeding, how I should convince the attending officer that the ambrosia of whiskey is upon my beard, and not upon my breath?

my wife loves it I had great luck with Texas Beard Oil in the past. When I saw that they had a limited production run on something called Whiskey Barrel Beard Oil, I couldn't resist. Not disappointed at all. I popped the top and wham! Intoxicating aroma of, well, a whiskey barrel. Put a little on and it was not even close to overpowering. Subtle with the still great feel of a quality beard oil. Well done sirs.

Nice Enjoying my first bottle of whiskey beard oil and am going to get another before they run out. Light on scent but not too light.
Being a scotch man, I wonder if a smoky, peaty scotch infused oil might be offered in the future?
No “Hint” here If you are looking for a beard oil with a “hint” of whiskey this is not the one for you.
